The module Intelligent Systems in Medicine is offered by the Institute MTEC (E-1) in the winter semester 2023/24.

In the course "Intelligent Systems in Medicine" you will dive deep into the world of current methods and applications for search, optimisation as well as machine learning and deep learning methods in a clinical context. In addition to the lecture, you will participate in a project-based competition where you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge to solve real-world problems. In doing so, you will implement state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning methods for medical computer vision. This includes a live leaderboard during the course and a prize for the winners.
